Strawberry Milk

Every now and again I come across a person who does not like chocolate at all, or not too much. This is a strange concept for me! I love chocolate, but it does not always love me.

Something  I have learned is that when we crave a food, it means that we have a sensitivity to it and it is best to reduce consumption or eliminate it. I can already hear you… “What? Eliminate it? Hold on, I cannot do that, impossible. I love … (whatever the food is).”

As horrid as it sounds, yes, elimination is a good thing, but before you get your knickers in a knot, I am not asking you to eliminate it totally, simply for a period of time. A month or 2 would be great and then be careful to have it only 3-4 times a week. You do not want to go through all that again, or do you?

Here is the benefit: doing it this way enables you to eat what you love, but put it into a sustainable lifestyle. Without any sacrifice, nothing is achieved at all. So, let us work together and encourage each other to be accountable and strong enough to make the changes that we need to change.
