Chickpea crackers

Chickpea crackers… They’re tasty, and easy to make, and so handy to have to eat with  soup or as a side with some hummus and vegetables. I love them because they are grain free and give me just what I want when I there are no other grain or gluten free options.

About 3 years ago I did a cleanse with Celeste Davis, she has a Be Nourished 4 Life program  and I discovered that grains and me are not friends. Gluten free grains are okay, but I am far better off with no grains, so when my daughter Caitlin found these crackers on Pinterest, I was delighted. is where I have found them and have adapted them from this recipe.

As usual, I play around with a recipe and try some different things with it and will share what I have done. I hope you enjoy these too, perhaps you could give them a try and let me know what you think and what you have tried.
