For a few years now, I have been enjoying chia seeds in some way.
I often put them in my smoothies and love the way they make my smoothies like a pudding … one of my favorite treats.
Sometimes I make a jam with them (Pinterest Link for Chia Jam) and then I have also made a pudding with them, which I use as a treat for dessert or a base for breakfast!
